We manufacture systems that can be built on a compact single chassis or independently, with tanks of the desired capacity, and with the ability to add as many tanks and mills as needed, depending on the project. The mill, pump, and valve used in the system are entirely our own production and manufactured to high-quality standards. Our mills, with their precise design and adjustable clearance mechanism, ensure optimal production. Our pumps feature a herringbone gear system and are among the most sought-after pump groups in the market. Users can manually or automatically move the product through the mill and from tank to tank as many times as they wish using the pneumatic valves in the system. The system features both mechanical and electronic temperature controllers to control the temperature of the products in the tank. This allows the product to be processed at the desired temperature during production. The system includes one polymer scale and one spiral. This scale is used to add polymer to the tank by fully weighing. The mill used in the system is a multi-stage mill. It is driven by a 75-160 kW motor, depending on the mill capacity. This ensures ideal cutting. At the same time, a very powerful mill will ensure uninterrupted production. The mill is designed to allow user-adjusted gap adjustments. This adjustment allows for precise adjustments down to 0.05 mm. As the gap decreases, the output product volume decreases, but cutting accuracy increases. Therefore, the user can adjust the desired sensitivity and output capacity as desired.

The control panel and switchgear were designed using high-quality products from well-known and established companies like Siemens, Scheneider, Abb, Phoenix, and others.

The software was developed by our own engineers and features a user-friendly interface. The system is entirely controlled by a PLC-controlled computer, allowing for manual operation if desired.
